Subject: Radiation Dosimeter Prices for fiscal year 2007-2008
With the new fiscal year fast approaching I am writing to inform you of changes in dosimetry prices effective July 1st, 2007. We are committed to keeping prices as low as possible. When reviewing the bimonthly costs, please remember they reflect an every other month charge.
The badge prices, effective with the July badges, are as follows:
Bimonthly body badges $11.00
Bimonthly ring badges $18.00 per pair
Quarterly badges $12.50
Quarterly ring badges $18.00 per pair
Late/Unreturned ring badge $4.00
Late/Unreturned body badge $4.00
Spare Badge Assignment $4.00
Please note that if you lose your badge or return them late, there will be a one-time fee charged. AVOID THIS FEE BY TURNING IN ALL BADGES ON TIME!
Return all badges even if they were not used during that wear period.
