Please note, if you use this online form to schedule a pick up, you must leave the top copy of each hazardous waste label with the packaged waste.

Verify that all containers meet the following conditions (Items in red required)

* Containers are compatible, leak-proof and in good condition
* A completed EH&S hazardous waste label listing all contents is attached to each item
* All waste items are packaged in a UN labeled DOT shipping box (storage locations)

Complete a request for each location hazardous waste is to be picked up from. Any questions, label or box request can be directed to Waste_Tech-mailbox@cornell.edu
