PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
| 1. | Issue Customer Service Ticket to EH&S. (A sample of an issued ticket) | |
| 2. | General coordination : schedule project dates, arrange access (obtain keys) with department/building occupants; coordinate vacating staff from work area & removing movable objects, arrange occupant informational meeting with building coordinator and EH&S representative. | |
| 3. | Coordinate Necessary Shops Support Services: | |
| Verify Steam Shutdown - issue necessary tickets to shops; follow up on completion | ||
| Provide Temporary Power Panel with GFCI | ||
| Provide Water Supply to Work Area | ||
| Locate/Provide Sanitary Sewer Drain near Work Area | ||
| Energy system lock-out/tag-out | ||
| 4. | Provide Contractual Documents; set up & coordinate pre-bid meeting for Projects Over the Asbestos Blanket Contract. | |
