Note: To avoid project delays related to asbestos survey & removal work please plan for:
- 12 weeks for a large scale renovation project: Over 160 sq. feet (ie. floor tile &/or wall/ceiling material) or 260 linear feet of material (ie. pipe insulation) - (projects like Lincoln Hall, Tjaden Hall, White Hall, Malott Hall)
- 4 weeks for surveys and small projects: > 10 sq. feet | 25 linear feet AND < 160 sq. feet | 260 linear feet
- 4 - 5 days for minor projects: < 10 square feet or < 25 linear feet
- "Emergency Minor Projects" - may be started within 4 hours of notice - call to arrange !
** Projects involving a variance from NYSDOL require 4 weeks for processing and approval **
