___ Is the external storage at least 20 feet from a building, or in lieu of, does the exposed blank wall have a fire-resistance rating of at least 2 hours?
___ Are appropriate fire extinguishers mounted within 75 feet of outside areas containing flammable liquids?
___ Are storage materials at least 3 feet below sprinklers or fire protection systems?
___ Is the storage area graded away from buildings or surrounded by a curb at least 6 inches high with provisions to drain rain water?
___ Are "NO SMOKING" signs posted where combustible or flammable liquids are stored?
