The Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) moved from 125 Humphreys Service Building to our new location in the East Hill Office Building on Thursday, August 16, 2007. The Fire Protection and Emergency Services Section is still located at 201 Palm Road.
EH&S is located on the second floor of this new building. Our main office number and our staff phone numbers will remain the same. A listing of staff and major program areas can be found in the Cornell EH&S Resources document. Our new address is:

Directions
As shown on the map below, the East Hill Office Building is located on Pine Tree Road near CISER and behind the East Hill Plaza.
Bus and Shuttle
The East Hill Office Building has its own parking area and receives TCAT bus service (routes 50, 51, 52, 53). A new shuttle service for faculty and staff runs between the East Hill Office Building and central campus.
Parking
There are a limited number of visitor parking spaces available in the East Hill Office Building parking lot.
Training Programs
During the transition for the EH&S move to our new building, EH&S training programs will continue to be held in 118 Humphreys Service Building and in room 140 in the East Hill Office Building. Please check Safetybase for the most current list of training classes, dates, and locations.
Services Remaining At Humphreys
The following services will remain available at the Humphreys Service Building:
- Respirator Fit Tests (please call ahead to schedule)
- Confined Space Meters (please call ahead to schedule)
